Nothing disjointed here in this Charmat Method Gamay this is as easy drinking as it gets! Maraschino cherry, ripe strawberry, plus floral and subtle earthy tones on the nose. The bubbles are very beautiful with a medium body, light on its feet and approachable. Flavours of raspberry, crabapple, frozen blueberry and a hint of sage. Light sweetness like strawberry sorbet and not candy sweetness at the finish brings a nice flow to the flavour
